Melanie Earle has been art making since she was thirteen years old. She also attended summer art courses at the Banff School for the Arts. After high school she attended OCAD and graduated in 1985. She has also worked as a graphic artist and a colourist for an animation studio. During that time she created Sourceworks, which is a studio-run business with over 25 years experience in mold-making & slip casting clay vessels, as well as various hand built clay objects. Melanie also makes sculpture, necklaces & pendants out of clay. She loves stories and their meaning, so each piece often has a story about the imagery.
